Care Of A Hallmark Puppy

STEP 1.)
During delivery we utilize our custom birthing bed in our main Puppy Preschool room, where our mamas deliver their puppies under our constant supervision and care in our home. We have an incubator and oxygen along with other medical supplies always available and ready for use if needed. We also keep our fabulous vets on alert in case of emergency. Once puppies are all stable, approximately 2-3 hours after all birthing is completed, we then move them to a "puppy box'' in our primary bedroom "puppy nursery."

STEP 2.)
Mama Gracie in her "puppy box" in our newborn puppy nursery after delivering her sweet babies. Our newborn puppy nursery is inside our primary bedroom,and kept calm and soothing with gentle lullabies playing. We monitor temperature and humidity 24/7. This nursery is constantly monitored in person and via live cameras. Our mamas and their puppies remain here until ready to move up to our main "Puppy Preschool" room at approximately 3-5 weeks of age based on developmental readiness.

STEP 3.)
All our puppies are raised fully inside our spacious home. From approximately 4-5 weeks till they graduate at 8/9 weeks our puppies enjoy our very own Hallmark Puppy Preschool. In preschool our puppies complete multiple PUPPY PRESCHOOL "Socialization Protocols" to help prepare them for their future experiences in the big world. We work extensively, several times per day, on socialization activities and other developmental activities to help get them off on the right paw with their new families. Mamas wean their puppies at their own chosen time, we do not force wean any puppies. We constantly monitor our puppies via live cameras and in person supervision. :-)

STEP 4.)
Going Home Day! Our puppy pickup day is very exciting! Each puppy takes home a puppy pack and everyone gets a picture with their new family! Yay! We include LOTS of goodies in our puppy packs. Common items include: Scent blankie, a few toys, birth certificates, helpful information, sample of their puppy food, vet care received, plus so much more! :-)
Some puppies get to go home with our flight nanny so she can hand deliver them directly to their families that live too far to drive in to puppy pickup day. This is a much safer and more gentle way to fly a tiny puppy. We love our professional flight nannies!
